- Complete Miscellaneous trash and non-edible garbage removal at the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud Minnesota for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, with two option years. Issue date will be August 1, 2002, and offers will be due by COB (close of business), 4:30PM (local time) on Friday, September 13, 2002.
