- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration requires janitorial services for the Wallops CDA Station, Wallops, VA. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and all consumable supplies necessary to maintain a clean and sanitary environment of the facilities. Work shall include daily services, weekly services, monthly services and semi-annual services. Cleaning shall be performed daily between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Sunday through Saturday including legal holidays. This station is in operation 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The contractor shall be responsible for damage to any Government equipment, supplies, or facilities caused contractor personnel. This requirement will result in a purchase order under the simplified acquistion regulations. The period of performance shall be a base year, beginning 10/1/02 - 9/30/03, with two option years. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Only responsible, responsive small businesses may submit a quotation. Requests for the Request for Quotations, must be in writing.
