- MODIFICATION TO N0016102Q0126 A MANDATORY ON-SITE VISIT and pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday August 13 2002 at 9:00 AM in Nimitz Library, Rm. 222. Contractors planning to attend must contact Binnie Baumgartner at 410-293-2437 and submit the names and SS# of those attending. Vehicle identification (make, model, color and license plate # ) will be required for each vehicle. ONLY contractors who have received bid packages may attend. No requests for bid packages will be accepted at this time. The bid closing date is extended until Aug.23, 2002 at 12:30 PM.
