- This modifies synopsis posted on July 23, 2002 for Solicitation Number N00173-02-R-DL04 issued as notice of intent to contract with DY4 Systems, LTD, Huntsville AL. The synopsis is reissued as full and open competitive. The solicitation, document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 and DFARS Change Notice 20020531. Numbered Note 22 is deleted.
