- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES), intends to procure, on a sole source basis from Henschel Inc., the necessary engineering design, software development/modification, logistics, shipboard installation and testing support for the upgrade of the existing Integrated Bridge System aboard the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47).
