- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct and install water pipelines, valves, vents, troughs, roadway crossings, storage tanks, and other appurtenances to complete water systems. Work under this Contract is located in Chaves, Eddy, and Lincoln Counties, New Mexico. Bonds will be required. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. The Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting at www.fedbizops.gov. There will be minimal paper copies of this solicitation (quantity 25) available on a first come, first serve basis; one per contractor. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be available on or about August 20, 2002. See Numbered Note 27.
