- NA MAJOR MAINTENANCE - LOWER ST ANTHONY FALLS; MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. The work concrete repairs at Lower Saint Anthony Falls Lock and Dam. Work includes vertical concrete joint, crack, and spall repairs of the Lock walls. Work shall be limited to the non-nav igation period, generally 1 December to 1 March, 2003. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $500,000.
