- Reach Stacker 1 EA for container handling with nominal lifting capacity as follows: 2.00 m load center: min. 45.000 kg 3.85 m load center: min. 35.000 kg 6.40 m load center: min. 18.000 kg CHASIS: - Wide drive axle, with double reduction, and with multiple Wet Disc Brakes/lamellae brakes with cooling system - With steer axle, with single steering cylinder and fixed length non-adjustable tie-rods ENGINE: min.6-cylinder-inline Turbo-diesel, in accordance with min. "EURO-II-EXHAUST-NORM", Engine power: min. 290 HP/216 KW Torque: min. 1328 NM/1100 RPM TRANSMISSION: min. 4-gear-transmission, with automatic/manual gear shifting, including a forward-reverse shifting protection, oil cooler BREAKS: Brake system: Fully hydraulic, with accumulator Service brake: drive axle: multiple wet disc brakes, HYDRAULICS: Pumps: min. 2 variable-displacement piston pumps, min. 1 gear pump. for spreader, min. 1 gear pump for power assist function Filter: Full-flow return line filter, clogging indicator light and bypass valve Oil tank: min. 600 liter max. 900 liter, with level- and temperature gauge, magnetic drain plugs. Twistlocks lock-out device,to prevent; - picking-up of a container on less than 4 corners, - unlocking when carrying a container Lift interrupt system on partially turned twistlocks, so lifting is possible only when the twistlocks are either in locked-or in unlocked position. min. 4 Lifting eyes on the 4 corners of the end-beams of the telescopic container spreader, for lifting general cargo (of minimum 6 m length).
