- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F34601-02-Q-48525. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 2840 and North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 336412. Place of delivery Tinker AFB, OK, with an FOB Origin. The Air Force has a requirement to provide a quantity range of 2 ea Maximum, 2 ea Medium and 1 ea Minimum Seal, Ring NSN: 5365-01-190-9777PN, P/N: 301-298-208-0. Quote must include prices for each quantity range. Gov?t required delivery is Sep 04. This is a Sole Source procurement. The Government intends to procure this requirement from CFM International, Cincinnati OH. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2 - Clauses Incorporated by Reference. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the contracting officer will make their full text available.
