- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334119 and SIC Code is 3577 with a 1,000 employee size standard. A domestic end product or equal is requested. The Viewsonic VP201mb and VP230mb were used as baselines. Required delivery is no later than 3 weeks upon receipt of order. All bidders must submit completed FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with the offer. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to www.arnet.gov to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant and will not be considered. Additionally all bidders must be current registrants in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) at the time of bid submission to be considered complaint.
