- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T- 5044. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. The Business Size Standard is 500. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement and acquisition that is Name Brand. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Line (CLIN): CLIN 0001, 3.9mm Diameter VideoProbe XL Pro Advanced Dgital Probe Only to operate with our existing PLS500D VideoProbe XL System; P/N: PXLA451A UNT (Manufacturer: Everest VTI) Qty: 001-each; with the following accessories: CLIN 0002, 12? Long Rigidizer with XA 131 Tube Gripper; P/N: GTR-403S (Manufacturer: Everest VTI), Qty: 001-each. CLIN 0003; Right Angle Prism Adapter (Manufacturer: Everest VTI) Qty: 001- each; and CLIN 0004, SoftPac Case; P/N: XA205 (Manufacturer: Everest VTI) Qty: 001-each. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001).
