- General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Description: We are requesting repair of the Load Management Indicator (LMI) systems on our 1991 Grove Crane, Model # AP308, VIN# 75565. Vehicle Weight- 15,620, height- 96?, Length- 222?. Quotes must include all parts and labor hours, to include labor rate. It may be necessary for the contractor to come to Little Rock Air Force base to make a bid on this Vehicle.
