- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this note. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns. Request for quote on the following brand name only items: Qty 4ea -- Sharp #XG-C40XU, LCD Multimedia LCD Projector, 1700 Lumens, XGA (1024x768) resolution, 2 video/2 data input, zoom lens w/wireless mouse and laser remote control; Qty 4ea -- Chief ceiling bracket #RPA ?955; Qty 4ea -- Chief mounting plate and pipe #CMA-110; Qty 4ea -- Extron distribution amplifier #P2DA2+; Qty 4ea ? 50? cable harness computer video, computer audio and wall plate (cable harness connects the projector to the wall plate and the wall plate duplicates the connection on the back of the projector. The harness length is 50?); Qty 4ea -- Bretford #A26-42E, adjustable AV equipment rack w/electrical assembly; Qty 4ea -- TOA #A-903-MKII, 30 watt mixer amp; Qty 8ea -- TOA #U-01R input module; Qty 16ea -- TOA Model, PC-971R, speaker kit w/trusses and baffles; Qty 4ea -- DA-LITE screen 100" DIG/77324 & 6" brackets; Qty 4ea -- Installation (no electrical included). FOB Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08, NAICS is 334119. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition the clauses at 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to implement Statutes or executive orders ? Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.22-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. This is a request for quotes under FAR part 13 procedures; shipments must be within three weeks of award. Include all shipping in price for each line item. Award will be based on meeting the requirement, evaluation of lowest price, and reasonable offer/quote.
