- Description
- Provide A&E services to fully develop design and produce complete construction drawings and specifications for minor program project, Laboratory functional and infrastructure improvements, at VA TN Valley Healthcare System, Nashville Campus, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212. Design involves all major disciplines including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and industrial hygiene, to upgrade the existing laboratory and administrative support spaces on the basement floor (approximately 16,000 SF)and possible expenasion up to approximately 20,000 total square feet. A&E interview criteria and short-list criteria may be found at www.va.gov/facmgt/ae/ae_sel.asp. Contractors shall carry professional liability insurance. Interested firms should submit up-to-date SF 254 and SF 255 by the response date.
