The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Washington, D.C., has a requirement for National Center for Ethics Integrated Ethics Program (IEP) Educational Products. Product Description: to develop educational products that will support the establishment of Integrated Ethics Programs (IEPs) at Veterans Health Administration facilities and networks across the nation. This effort is based on the axiom that quality health care is ethical health care. This is an amendment to the original announcement. Proposals may be submitted via e-mail, mailed via US mail system or Fedex. All proposals must be submitted in both electronic and hard copies see RFp for details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with attached RFP 101-43-02.
