- Description
- The VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Colville Confederated Indian Tribes, for Readjustment Counseling Services. NAICS: 621330. The contractor must be able to provide services at the Colville Indian Reservation. The Government believes that Colville Confederated Indian Tribes is the only provider that will satisfy the agency requirements. This is sole source procurement under FAR Parts 12 and 15, 38 U.S.C. 1712A and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1) (i)). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA., 4815 N. Assembly St., Spokane, WA, 99205, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to the above listed address or via fax to (509) 434-7101. Responses received will be evaluated however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Colville Confederated Indian Tribes RFP 668-336-02.
