- Description
- Contractor shall provide readjustment counseling services to eligible veterans located in coastal and mountain communities where the veterans reside (more than 25 miles from the nearest VA Medical Center/Community Based Outpatient Clinic or Vet Center) within the following counties of Idaho: Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce; and Washington: Asotin, Columbia, Garfield, and Whitman. These services are performed for the Veterans Outreach Center located at 100 N. Mullan Road, Suite, 102, Spokane, WA 99206-6848. The contract period is for (1) year from the date of award with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year options, pending availability of funds. The rates should be based on one (1) hour sessions for individual therapy, and ninety (90) minute sessions for Group and/or Family Therapy. This porcurement has been set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS Code 621330/ $6.0 Million applies.
