- Description
- The August VA Medical Center has a requirement for a company to provide preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repair service of CASI-RUSCO card readers and accessories at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Augusta, GA. All services shall be in accordance with the contract specifications and requirements. Preventive maintenance shall be semi-annual and emergency service is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Response time for emergency service calls is defined as time vendor is first notified until time vendor arrives on station. The response time is within 8 hours of notification by the VAMC Engineering Personnel. Please register in the solicitation mailing list to ensure you are notified of any amendments that may arise. Solicitation shall be posted on or about August 1, 2002.
