- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price commercial contract with ADC Engineering Technology, Inc., Gardena, CA, the only company licensed by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation with the necessary proprietary information. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. The Contractor, in accordance with OEM specifications, is to fabricate, deliver, install, level, align and calibrate 1 each, Fuselage Alignment Fixture. The alignment fixture shall be fully compatible with both Sikorsky MH-60G and HH-60J model helicopters. Final delivery, installation, and calibration shall be made in a specified location in the vicinity of Hangar #79 aboard the U. S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC complex. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply the OEM data for this item. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be 15 August 2002, and proposals must be received by 16 September 2002, 3:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related Contract.
