Description: Cincinnati Job Corps Center, located at 1409 Western Ave., off 1-75 South, Cincinnati, OH 45214, is soliciting bid proposals for the renovation of the food storage room. Renovation includes, demolition, walls, ceiling, floor covering, electric and HVAC. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE will be held on site in the Buyer's office on Tuesday, August 20, 2002 at 9:30 AM. Project will be under the Davis Bacon Act. Construction Bid Packages will be distributed at the prebid conference. Estimate cost $25,000.
