Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Marianna, Florida, is seeking an Allied Health Technician. Offeror must have at least two years experience as an Allied Health Technician or two years experience in related duties as described in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be for a base period, not to exceed twelve months, with two one year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. The number of two hour sessions per year is estimated at 753, depending on the actual date of award and availability of funds. The solicitation will be available on or around August 1, 2002 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site hppt:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed unless determined by the contracting officer to be in the best interest of the government. Future information about this acquisition, including any admendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561499.
