- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp/ on its issue date of 8-7-02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES A DISK THAT MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE BUYER. FOR A COPY OF THIS DISK PLEASE CONTACT JOHN LIDONNICE AT 614-692-4711. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed procurement is for an initial population of 53 NSNs and includes a family group of items within the following Federal Supply Classes: 4730 and 4820. The estimated dollar amount of the solicitation is greater than $100,000.00. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
