- ITEMS TO BE PURCHASED (Brief Description) The Civil Engineering and Base Maintenance Services Contract shall provide non-personal services to operate, maintain and support real property and real property installed equipment,and environmental compliance support at Onizuka Air Force Station, Sunnyvale CA, Air Force permitted areas at Moffett Federal Airfield, Mountain View CA and Camp Parks Communications Annex, Dublin CA, under the cognizance of Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-MAR-2001). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 29-JUL-2002.
