Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice. Renovations, National Passport Center, Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, NH. Summary of Work: "the work includes but is not limited to the removal of walls, carpeting, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems; the provision of walls, doors, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, windows, air conditioning modifications, sprinkler system modifications, toilet rooms, lighting and power modifications, extensive power and data rewiring, telecommunication modifications, and incidental related work. (Option to provide carbon dioxide sensors for rooftop air conditioning units)." (Period of Performance is estimated to be 160 calendar days from NTP. Bidders will be asked to provide a schedule of work with the bid along with a list of subcontractors). This solicitation is open to both large and small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Test Program. The NAICS for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The estimated price range for construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
