- Description
- Anticipated Issue Date: 05 Aug 2002. The Defense Commissary Agency requires linen and mat rental & cleaning services at Smokey Point & Whidbey Island Commissaries (located 25 & 90 miles N. of Seattle, WA respectively). Contractor provided items include: White Butcher Coats, White & Colored Bib Aprons, White Bar Towels, Butcher Gloves, Colored Smocks, Dust Mops, & Floor Mats (various Sizes). Quantities will be identified in the RFQ. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in various sizes. The contractor shall pick up from each of the commissaries a minimum of once each week all soiled garments & mats and drop off clean replacement garments & mats. Period of performance: 1 Oct 2002 - 30 Sep 2003, & includes four one-year options. The NAICS code is 812331and the business size standard is $12 million. This acquisition is un-restricted. This Request for Quotation will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
