- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office and related use space consisting of approximately 8,600 rentable square feet. Rentable square feet must yield approximately 7,750 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous, located on one floor only, and shall not exceed the maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. LOCATION: Properties must be located within or fronting the following boundaries: West Broadway from 18th Street to 34th Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required by approximately July 1, 2003. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with termination rights for the Government after five (5) years. Owners/Agents*: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent owner.
