- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to SAAB Training for 11 EA Personnel Detection Devices and Small Arms Transmitter, 1 EA Small Arms Alignment Device and Control Pistol, associated batteries, testing and training. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See CBD Note 22 - 45 days is changed to read 10 days.
