- Solicitation number N00604-02-T-B236. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate a 100% small business set-aside contract for yearly maintenance service on GE medical equipment in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. CLIN 0001: Maintenance shall include: 1. Two preventive maintenance inspections per year for laser. 2. Remedial maintenance labor for repairing and maintaining the systems. 3. All parts for repair will be included. 4. Travel outside of contract covered hours is not covered. 5. Response time of one hour after submission of trouble call. 6. If unable to resolve maintenance repair problem within two business days, contractor shall call the manufacturer, at it's own expense, to help resolve the problem and bring equipment up to working condition. Period of Performance: 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003. Hours of performance: 8:00 AM through 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime and Federal Holidays are excluded. Location: See line items listed below. Billing: Billing shall be on a monthly basis in arrears. ****Note: Funds are not currently available for this procurement. The Government's obligation hereunder is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for the contract purposes can be made. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 811219 and $5.0 mil respectively. FAR Part 13.5 applies. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
