- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center proposes to negotiate a sole source, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement and Economic Price Adjustment provisions with Cox Communications Hampton Roads, L.L.C., 225 Clearfield Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA, for the procurement of hard wire cable services for a base year plus four one year option periods and includes FAR 52.217-08, Option to Extend Services. The location is Hampton Roads, VA including Williamsburg south to Chesapeake, VA. Additionally, the solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 " Test Program for Certain Commercial Items ". The solicitation will be issued as a Request (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 4841, the Small Business size standard is $11.0 million dollars and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 51321. Potential RFQ respondents are hereby notified that by submitting a proposal the vendor is self certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials or owners who are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
