- NA This acquisition is to furnish all plant, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work required for providing factory fabricated restroom facilities with a power ventilated vault at various training areas and ranges at Fort Leona rd Wood, Missouri (Pulaski County). The facilities shall be capable of being upgraded to a water served restroom in the future. Work shall include a precast, reinforced concrete vault with PVC liner and necessary exterior electric and site work. The pro ject includes, but is not limited to, demolishing existing wood frame buildings and concrete vaults, preparing holes for new latrine vaults, providing new latrine buildings and vaults, and providing exterior electric service to the new latrines. Project i ncludes a Basic Bid of 4 items with a 60-day performance period and 7 option items with a performance period of 7 calendar days per option item. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Award of this contract is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUN DS. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS code is 233320 with a size standard of $28,500. Contractor must be enrolled in the CCR program. Contractor must accept the Government-wide IMPAC/VISA purchase card for payments on this contract. This is an advance notice for solicitation number DABT31-02-B-0007. The Government anticipates this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to result in a firm fixed price type construction contract. This is a construction project and Davis Bacon wages apply to this acquisition. All procedures relating to Davis Bacon (FAR Part 22.403) must be followed.
