- NA Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and statement of work to replace the duct insulation on the HVAC duct on the roof of Eisenhower Hall which is two buildings three stori es tall at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, Removing of existing duct insulation approximately 2100 square feet and replacing with fiberglass two inch board with a .020? aluminum jacket. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipate award of a firm fixed price lump sum purchase order. The acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235110 with a small business standard of $12 million for three (3) preceding fiscal years. Request for Quotation DABT19-02-Q-0022 will be issued on or about 12 August 2002. FY02 funds are not presently available for this project. This c ontract will be awarded subject to FY02 funds being made available. Bidders are required to download the solicitation and any associated amendments from FedBizOpps at www.FedBizOpps.gov or www.tac.eustis.army.mil. However, the Drawings cannot be obtained f rom the downloading process. In order to ensure receipt of the Drawings and in order to maintain an active Bidders Mailing List, bidders must request the Drawings in writing.
