- NA 17. The proposed action is for a Video Probe system for the Site Characterization and Analysis Penetrometer System (SCAPS) Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. This Video Probe System is manufactured by Applied Research Associates, Vertek through a licensed agreement with the Government and is the only source for the video probe. The Video Probe System consists of the following: 1.75? STD video cone assembly, two (2) Probe wear plate replacements, Tex t Inserter/Controler, 75 meter cable with 10 pin Lemo connector, Plated Sapphire widow assembly, Sapphire window assembly wrench, 24 volt DC power supply, 9 volt DC power supply, Patch cable with 10 pin Lemo connector and BNC-RCA Video patch cable.
