- NA Provide maintenance services to include carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, concrete, stone and fill materials, and plumbing at Beaver Project Office, Rogers, Arkansas as specified in the specifications. The period of performance is date of award th rough 30 April 2003, with options to extend through 30 April 2006. The NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. The solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock District Contracting Division website https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil. V endors must register at the same website to receive amendments. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the best interest of the government. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. The solicitation will be available on or about 03 September 2002. Offers will be due on or about 0 3 October 2002 at 4:30 p.m.
