Description

NA One (1) Lot of Initail Fielding Support Items (Spares) in supportof Egypt Foreign Militarly Sales (FMS) case EG-B-USP. This requirement will be sole source to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06578-9129. Statutory authority p ermitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6-302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled, Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible source s and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
