Description: NA QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS - SOLICITATION DAHA04-02-Q-9038 (AVIATION HEADSETS) Question #1: Are we requiring the bidding contractors to submit samples with their bid or (if needed) upon request by the contracting officer? Answer #1: Yes, a sample will be required. A evaluation of the headsets will be performed by all crew members. Question #2: Are you requiring the bidding contractors to submit overview drawings with the bid or upon request? Answer #2: Yes, drawings are required with the bid. Question #3: Are partial shipments being accepted? Answer #3: No, partial shipments are not acceptable. Question #4: Will the winning contractor be required to have an on-site demonstration/instruction of their product? If so, for how long? Answer #4: No, on-site demonstrations or instructions are not required.
