- Description
- The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The scope of work for this project includes replacing 4 air handlers and an emergency exhaust fan. Modify ductwork and ventilation controls; construct new penthouse and concrete block enclosure above pre-aeration chamber. Other work consist of but is not limited to cleaning specified sections of return ductwork, provide air-conditioning for control room, and calibrate existing air monitors and provide new monitors in the pre-aeration enclosure.. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 235110 with a size standard of $12 million. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA CD-ROM. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 100 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
