This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F1600-02-Q-S215 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAIC: 451211; Size: $6,000,000. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1500 CST on 05 Aug 02.
