- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source purchase order for the purchase and installation of additional nurse call stations to remove some existing emergency pull cords and dome lights and replace them with Zettler pull cords and dome lights with piezo horns in the Base Hospital at Luke AFB, AZ to Simplex Time Recorder, 4602 S 36th St, Phoenix, AZ 85040. This is a construction project. The projected estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors must provide brochures/literature of the items being offered along with their quote. The technical literature submitted needs to clearly communicate the offeror's understanding and compliance with the minimum requirements as set forth in the specifications or any alternative proposal submitted in response to this RFQ. Discussions may or may not be held with the offerors; therefore, each offeror's initial proposal should be complete and accurate. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAIC code is 23622, standard: $27.5 mil. Offerors shall be submitted in writing to the contract specialist, Ms Carol Cherapan and received no later than 4:30 PM (MST) on 15 Aug 01. The solicitation will be posted on this web site on or about 5 Aug 02. Arizona does not observe daylight savings time.
