- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for fabrication of frames and stainless steel letters to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 339950 with a size standard of 500 employees. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 1 Aug, 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
