- NA The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to re-roof Bldg. T-13 and partial sections of Bldg. 2. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% hub-zone small businesses. NAICS Code 235610/Size Standard $12 million applies.
