- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is planning to negotiate a firm fixed-price procurement from Hutchinson Technology for the purchase of an InSpectra Tissue Spectrometer system for the VA Medical Center, Hines, IL. This is considered to be sole source because Hutchinson is the developer and manufacturer of this system. It must be capable of accurate noninvasive measurement of oxygen saturation in resting and exercising muscle tissue. Other sources that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office by no later than noon on August 6, 2002.
