- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement of four chiller machines. This procurement will be done as a Commercial Item. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes. No solicitation will be issued. The work will mainly consist of the following: Work will be done during normal hours 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and work will performed using factory trained York personnel who are specialists in HVAC, refrigeration, and electronic systems maintenance and service. The technicians are certified as Type I, II, III as required by 40CFR part 82 Subpart F of the EPA regulations. Contractor to provide all tools and personnel needed to perform work as required below. We will provide all power and water. The contractor is required to provide a detailed report of each inspection for each machine to the customer David Gray, Operations Supervisor. This report will include equipment log readings, equipment conditions, refrigerant emissions, recommended repairs, and recommendations for reduced energy consumption. This contract will consist of four visits on a quarterly basis to include annual oil change and all filters, oil and refrigerant filters on all four chillers. Oil to be changed before each cooling season to be started along filters. Vendor will notify customer of recommended repairs and cost of same as the repairs and parts is not part of this contract.
