- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all labor, tools, materials to replace generator, bldg. 31 at the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with plans and specifications. The Project consists of selective demolition, a masonry addition to an existing masonry mechanical building including but not limited to associated site work and all mechanical , electrical and plumbing infrasatucture to support the removal of an existing generator and the installation of a new generator and outdoor fuel storage. The estimated cost range is $250,000 - $500,000. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program this procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code 235310 is applicable to this procurement. The solicitation must be downloaded from the website listed in this announcement. The VA will not provide hard copies. The solicitation will be ready for download free of charge on or about August 5, 2002. It is recommended that you complete the solicitation mailing list listed on the website.
