- Description
- Provision of Heatlh Care to American Indians and Alaska Natives residing in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Phoenix, Arizona pursuant to Title V, PL 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act. Award will consist of base year plus two option years. This is a sole source requirement, see note 22. Solicitation will be issued to Native American Community Health Center, Inc.
