The Kootenai National Forest, Fortine Ranger District is soliciting quotes for BlackFoot Divide Trail Construction. Work includes Clearing and Grubbing 40,300 Lin. FT., Excavation 40,300 Lin. Ft., Mobilization, and and Rock Cairns 50 each. Estimated start work date is 9/9/2002 with a mandatory completion date of 10/1/2003. This project is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is not set aside for small business.
