Unit of Issue: EA, Destination Information: SW3211 Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000 41 EA, W25G1U New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 32 EA, 73 EA 180 Days Balance at Rate of 15 EA Every 30 Days Thereafter. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 8/12/2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Whittaker Controls Inc. (79318). It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
