- Description
- This is a modification to the above mentioned solicitation. Proposed addition of NSNs to existing contract(SP070000D9723) manufactured in accordance with Rix Industries to the existing corporate contract with Rix Industries. Access is available via the World Wide Web http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 3020,3040,4310,4320,4330,4720 and 4820. All responsbible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s) 12 and 26. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration(base plus option years)shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
