- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5087, the size standard of which is 100 in number of employees. This procurement is restricted 100% set aside for small business. DESCRIPTION: Miscellaneous Mobility Items. REQUIREMENTS: SEE ATTACHED FILE F1328621570100. DELIVERY ADDRESS: 8820 S APRON DR, Macdill AFB, FL 33621. FOB: FOB Destination is being solicited, if you quoting other, state so in your quote, along with the applicable shipping and handling charges. DELIVERY DATE: 14 Days after date of award or less. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses (http://farsite.hill.af.mil) apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors?Commercial. In accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items, offers will be evaluated based on price, technical acceptability, delivery schedule, adherence to applicable clauses and provisions, as well as past performance records.
