- NA Estimated Issue Date: May 9, 02, Estimated Closing date June 9, 02. Provide the following Seal Assemblies in accordance with respective part number. Seal Assembly, Quantity 527 each, Part number 12304678 DRG. D12304678 Rev C dtd 12-08-97, MIL-H-46170 stan dard, source control drawing required. External Seal Assembly, Quantity 527 each, Part Number 12304679, DRG D12304679 Rev D Dtd 04-09-98, MIL-H-46170, source control drawing required. Internal Seal Assembly, Quantity 527 each, Part Number 12304680, DWG 12 901257 and DWG 11608640, MIL-H-46170, source control drawing required. Interested firms shall be certified ANSI/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent. FOB Destination, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299-5000. Delivery time shall be no later than August 30, 2002. The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation has been amended to require all contractors who provide good/services to the DOD be registered in the CCR. You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. If you do not have Internet access and want to r egister you may contact the CCR Assistance Center at 1-888-227-2423. The request should include your assigned cage code, tax identification number, D&B number, name, address, fax number, and solicitation number. This solicitation will be issued via the I nternet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, and the Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil/. Copies of any applicable military specifications may be obtained from the ASSIST website at http://assist.daps.mil. Any changes to this solicitation w ill be posted only to the Internet; therefore, it is the contractor’s responsibility to check the site daily for any posted changes. If bidders are unable to meet the terms and conditions of the solicitation, all questions and /or requests for changes mus t be submitted to the contract specialist in writing prior to opening.
