Description
NA TAC will be issuing Solicitation DABT60-02-0001 on or about 2 January 2002 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study to provide services in support of the Directorate of Information Management, (DOIM), functions located at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Services shall include but are not limited to Telecommunications, Automation, Records management, Publishing and Printing. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541513 with a size standard of $18Mil. A cost plus award fee contrac t is contemplated. This procurement is set-aside as a Small Business competitive action. Note: The determination of small business set a side for this acquisition will be reviewed and re-evaluated after the site visit to determine if a sufficient number of small businesses show interest. In the case where sufficient interest is not shown, a determination will be made to amend the solicitation to dissolve the small business set aside and convert it to unrestrictive. This requirement is a result of an A-7 6 study conducted under OMB Circular A-76. Formal Source Selection will be utilized. Oral presentations will be part of the evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-house “ bid”. If contracted, the services will include a 90 day Phase-In period, a 12 month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods (the last option will contain a 60 day Phase-Out period included in the 12 month performance period). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via TAC’s Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil. On or about 02 January 2002. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the TAC web site. Contractors are caut ioned to check the web site periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation Section L. Questi ons MUST be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to (757) 878-5567.
